4.2 One to Ones and 6/12 Months Performance Review Meetings*

If you are a monthly paid team member, once you have passed your probation you will have a One to One meeting every two months with your line manager to talk about your performance. If you are a weekly paid staff member this will be once a term. These One to Ones will give you the chance to talk about how things are going in your role. For monthly paid staff, One to Ones will take place in October and December. In February you will have a 6 Month Performance Review Meeting. Then in April and June you will have further One to Ones and in August you will have your 12 Month Performance Review Meeting.

Your 6/12 Months Performance Review Meetings will be different to regular One to Ones in the sense that they give an opportunity to reflect on objectives over the past 6 months in more detail, set new objectives and discuss personal development and career development plans. Your line manager will make you aware of the documents that you will need to complete for these meetings and these can be found on Google Docs templates page.
