Learn Something New

Weekly News- Love to Learn

Within the Weekly News, we include a "Love to Learn" section, where we recommend a variety of free learning materials from courses and podcasts, to workshops and articles.

This week's Love to Learn recommendation is: Gender Identity

Gender identity is an important part of how you and your colleagues see yourselves. Whether your gender identity corresponds to the sex you were assigned at birth or differs, it’s valid. This course will help you understand what gender identity is, explain the relevant legislation and show you how to make sure everyone feels welcome, wherever they work.

In Your Shoes

We are excited to announce a new learning opportunity for our LUU Staff- In Your Shoes.

Have you ever wanted to learn more about the different teams in LUU, the work they do and the projects they focus on? Well, this is your chance to do so.

By letting us know what teams you would like to shadow through our form, every other month we will pair you up with one of them teams. You both will then organise a time for you to come in and find out more about them.

Whether that's attending a team catch-up, sitting with them in an office, or shadowing one of the specifics they work on- it's a great way to learn more about the amazing people and teams we have here in LUU.
