LUU Alignment
We are embarking on a programme of work to ensure alignment between our strategy and staff structure. There are two main (interlinked) projects that will form part of this work:
A project to ensure that our staff structure is aligned to the future needs of the organisation and that it is intentional and designed based on a set of shared principles.
A project to review and update our pay and reward system ensuring it is fit for future and transparent. It should enable us to recruit, retain and engage our talented team.
To keep all of our People up to date and informed about the project we have stored the all staff communications and information here. (You will need to be logged into your Google account to view the documents)
