We believe that having a high performing workforce will lead to a great student experience at LUU. We believe that having a robust performance management framework which helps to set clear objectives and which uses regular feedback on performance will help us deliver our vision of ensuring everyone loves their time at Leeds.

We want to make sure that every staff member feels supported by their line manager to ensure every interaction that students have with LUU is a positive one. We aspire to have managers who are experts in bringing out the best performance from their teams and who help equip our staff with skills for the world of work
